Our Services
ScaleUp Technology provides web and mobile app development, branding & UI/UX design, SEO & visibility, process automation, and DevOps & cloud solutions. All services are delivered according to the specifications agreed upon with the client.
Limitation of Liability
ScaleUp Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights for deliverables remain with ScaleUp Technology until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of custom-developed solutions is transferred to the client.
Project Delivery
Project timelines and delivery milestones are agreed upon at project initiation. Delays caused by client inaction or late feedback may result in adjusted delivery dates.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the project proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information and materials shared during the course of the project, except as required by law or with written consent.
Support & Maintenance
ScaleUp Technology offers support and maintenance as outlined in the service agreement. Additional support beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
